Understanding Staftr's Pricing
The BASIC plan includes our core platform features with a results-based pricing model. You get unlimited database storage with free invitation sending for contractors who accept invites and become active in your talent marketplace.
The PRO plan builds on the BASIC plan with advanced features like contractor invoicing, credential management, document handling through Docusign integration, and background check workflows. It also includes enhanced database health metrics to optimize your contractor engagement.
The Enterprise Plan offers a customized solution with fixed-fee pricing plus variable usage costs. For large organizations, this typically includes a base fee covering up to 1000 active profiles, with additional active profiles at $10 each. We also offer specialized multi-tenant structures for MSP/VMS organizations.
Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on transparency. There are no hidden fees or implementation costs with any of our plans. Unlike traditional ATS systems or recruiter-based models, we don’t charge per user or seat. We focus on results – you only pay for contractors who actively engage with your talent marketplace.
